Standard shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more. Below that, a flat standard rate is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises at the last step.

Orders are processed on business days in the order they arrive. You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Once it ships, transit time depends on the destination and the method you choose at checkout. Tracking updates post to your order the whole way.

The Rugged tier is built to order, so it leaves a little later than in-stock tiers. The extra time is the build, not a queue — you are waiting on the case, not the warehouse.
