30-day returns
Return any case within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It should be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Start a return
Email our support team with your order number to request a return. We reply with a prepaid shipping label — there is nothing to pay to send it back.
Send it back
Pack the case in its original box, attach the label, and drop it at any carrier location. Tracking posts to your order automatically, so you can watch it land.
Your refund
Once the return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary from there — we email you the moment it is sent.
